Guess The Mystery Thing: Lime Green Wheelies.

Hiya!  Welcome to another round of my giveaway guessing game, Guess The Mystery Thing.  It's always quite exciting, and anyone can enter.  So stay and play, and maybe win some jewelry!  Let's begin.  Peep these fun green-and-gunmetal necklaces:

What are those lime-colored whatchamajiggies?

Hmmm.  This might be a toughie.  I don't think you're going to guess.  I think I'm going to stump you.  I don't say that very often, because you people are wicked clever.

First person to guess correctly will receive a fabulous prize!  (Namely, your choice of one of these purty upcycled necklaces.)

How it works: leave your guess in the comments.  There'll be two winners: first correct guess and a random winner.  That's right, I said random winner - so even if you don't know (or think someone else already got it), enter anyway, you could still win.  If your guess is funny, it might make my Most Creative Honor Roll.

This giveaway is open to anyone, anywhere.  C'mon, join in!

THE ONE AND ONLY RULE

1. UNLESS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS ONE CLICK AWAY IN AN ONLINE PROFILE, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH YOUR GUESS.  (Fun fact: if you only THINK your email is visible in your profile, it probably isn't.)

Ready?  Set!  Guess the Mystery Thing!

UPDATE: THIS CHALLENGE IS NOW CLOSED.  THANKS FOR PLAYING, EVERYBODY!  CHECK MY NEXT POST FOR THE REVEAL...

  1. Ring seals on fruit juices (too obvious, I think).

BTW I need your address, I think I lost it and I have something that I want to send you (a challenge of sorts).

  3. I was thinking along the same lines as Melissa, but my boyfriend thinks it's a gasket from a garden hose, so I guess I'll go with that - it's totally a garden hose gasket, duh!

  4. It looks like the circle thing on a two pack of a cascade. Or some other bottle. That or one of your hair ties from the eighties.

  6. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...either the business end of a cheap plastic bubble wand or Godzilla's nose ring...

  7. Rind end of a string pull toy or top. Or Hello Kitty's hula hoops. Agree with Betsy..not new and improved!!!!

  13. They remind me of that horrible toy that had disks like that loaded into a plastic gun and you shot other kids in the butt with them.

That being said, I'm going with wine barrel hoops from yard gnomes. Those little alcoholics make their own, ya know.

  24. I do not know what it is... But I do not think it's a bottle seal... I do not think it's a bubble wand end... I do not think it's the missing Olympic ring... I do not think it's a tree either. Or a car. Or a boat or a flower or a baby carriage. It's definitely not a baby carriage... Has it to do with plants? Is it part of a plant hanger?...

  25. Oh, isn't that part of the hydraulics on a Jin-Ma tractor (from China)? Sorry, at work- have tractors on the brain....

  29. I'll be boring and guess something that came off a plastic bottle. Initially I was thinking it was a squirrel sized ultimate Frisbee...but then I remembered squirrels don't play frisbee -- they are big on badminton.
