Curtain Rod Jewelry Storage

Got an empty wall and lots* of necklaces?  Curtain rods, my friends.

Cheap, ubiquitous, expandable.  Curtain rods.

That concludes today's lesson.

*Okay, too many.  I might need an intervention.  Or more curtain rods!

  2. Aren't you so darn clever....again! I think you need more necklaces, just expand the rods you have. Thanks for the great idea.

  3. That's really cool! I've been told that hanging beaded jewelry is bad for it (if strung on Nymo or any other streachable cord). Is this true?

  4. Brilliant! but then...you already know that :) Taking it a step further business-wise, this would be a great idea for a display if your stock includes a myriad of necklaces (such as yours) and you need to leave limited table space for smaller items. maybe a room divider or something similar...with curtain rods.

  5. Can you have too much jewelry? Love the idea, but I'm lazy. Don't want to have to clean off tarnish, so I keep them in baggies.

  13. Okay... yeah. Adding this blog to my list now. I love making necklaces (though this would work for bracelets as well) but have no place to put the ones I want to sell eventually. You are just my favorite person right now.

  14. What a smart and innovative storage idea. And walls are usually left under utilized anyway, so it is best to use them for a purpose like this. However, I personally would have the constant urge to arrange each and every single one of them according to length, else they would seem too cluttered for my preference. Nonetheless, this is an amazing idea that is ingenious that does not cost a bomb.
