Guess The Mystery Thing: Wicked!

Let's launch a new round of Guess The Mystery Thing, shall we?  (If you're new around here, it's my guessing game giveaway.  Please stay and play - everyone is invited!)

This Mystery Thing has a touch of the spooky.  What a strange week it has been all over the country - dangerous storms, evil weather, power outages and such.  I suspect Dark Influences.  It's going to take a powerful spell to combat this witchery, and I have just the thing.

I call it the Wicked ring, and it is quite weird.  And I love it.

If the ring is a little too, um, fashion forward for your taste, perhaps you'll like these Wicked earrings.

Now comes the challenge.  Can anyone identify the mysterious secret ingredient?  What are those green and red spears?

Some of you may have a general idea right off the bat, but be as specific as possible for the win.  First person to guess correctly will receive a fabulous prize!  (Namely, your choice of one of these magical jewels.)

How it works: leave your guess in the comments.  There'll be two winners: first correct guess and a random winner.  That's right, I said random winner - so even if you don't know (or think someone else already got it), enter anyway, you could still win.  If your guess is funny, it might make my Most Creative Honor Roll.

This giveaway is open to anyone, anywhere.  C'mon, join in!

THE ONE AND ONLY RULE

1. UNLESS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS ONE CLICK AWAY IN AN ONLINE PROFILE, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH YOUR GUESS.  (Fun fact: if you only THINK your email is visible in your profile, it probably isn't.)

Ready?  Set!  Guess the Mystery Thing!

UPDATE: THIS CHALLENGE IS NOW CLOSED.  THANKS FOR PLAYING, EVERYBODY!

  6. Are those body piercing tapers? Straight tapers? That would be kind of funny, making rings and earings out of body piercing materials designed to create large holes in the earlobes for the hip, young tribal set! LOL! -- Lola Lnoshay@comcast.net

  11. To be specific, they are made from the outside tines of reddish and greenish plastic forks. You and hubs were using the forks to eat carrots when the middle two tines broke. You looked and were inspired to be "wicked".
