Quick tip with a neon grip.

Have you come across these things?  They're pretty easy to find:

Try the dollar store or anyplace with office supplies.  Mine came par avion from Canada, in a completely random and unexpected care package of weird craftables in French and English.  (My readers are the bestest!  Thanks, MissKoolAid!)

Here's a teeny idea.

I know, I know, it's practical and you can't wear it.  You're probably wondering, who is that, and what has she done with the real Mich.  Do not be alarmed.  As you might guess, this quickie post is a bit of a place holder, just to tide us over until I come up with some giddy gel grip gewelry.

Thinking...thinking...

  1. You are officially my hero with this tip! In addition to grouping some cords together, I could use those to keep some of the necklaces I sell from getting tangled up when I put them away after a boutique.

  5. Mich, I just started following you the other day. Today, I was wrapping up birthday presents and cut off the clear plastic hooks they glue onto Barbie boxes so they can hang them, and I thought... hmm... I bet Mich could do something awesome with these bits of "trash".

I love today's grip-tip and will definitely try it. I sleep with my headphones and worry about the extra cord, though I tend not to move once head hits the pillow.

  11. Hmmm, I wonder what would happen if you cut the spirally ones along the spiral lines. Maybe that would work better as a more permanent cord-wrapping solution, like for organizing computer cables. And you could do cool things with the spirals as jewelry too!
